Calling or WhatsApp or desktop options for close a trade.

I have recently encountered a problem where my mobile stopped working for a while and I came to know that there is no alternative for closing the running trade until I have another mobile in which I can log in. I had desktop but that was of no use. I want run to provide a call / WhatsApp / desktop based options for such critical conditions.

Otherwise it'll be too difficult specially on the day of major events like budget.
