Technical Issue Regarding Real-time Price Updates and Execution Discrepancy

Dear Support Team,

​I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding consistent price discrepancies and execution delays I am experiencing on the Punch app.

​Today, while trading the SENSEX 81800 PE strike price, I observed a significant lag in your price feed compared to other platforms like Zerodha. Specifically:

​Price Lag: When Zerodha showed the strike price at 100, Punch was displaying 105.

​Execution Error: I placed a buy order at 100. When the app displayed a price of 110 (indicating a profit of roughly ₹1,000 for 5 lots), I exited the position. However, upon booking, the trade resulted in a loss instead of the shown profit.

​This is not an isolated incident; it has happened across all my trades today. It appears your price update mechanism is not functioning in real-time, leading to "ghost profits" that turn into actual losses once executed.
